The Space:
Featuring stylish polished floorboards throughout, this ground floor studio apartment comes with security bars for peace of mind, a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobes with loads of space for longer stays. A ceiling fan circulates air in the warmer months. The kitchen offers a large breakfast bar and 2 stools, a bar fridge, a 2-burner cooktop, a microwave oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is renovated with floor-to-ceiling tiling and a roomy shower recess with a frameless glass screen. There are shared coin-operated laundry facilities in the building. Please note: building works are taking place outside the apartment block until July 2023 and there will be some intermittent noise during the day. This has been factored into our pricing.
The Neighborhood:
Elizabeth Bay is one of Sydney’s most centrally located and sought after suburbs due to its close proximity to the CBD (Downtown), Potts Point, Darlinghurst, Paddington and Rushcutters Bay – you can walk to all of them. The apartment is close to a great selection of eateries to suit any budget, as well as the bars and clubs of Kings Cross, Darlinghurst and East Sydney. For your grocery needs, there’s a Woolworths Metro supermarket 3 minutes walk from the studio. It’s only a 5 minute stroll to Beare Park, where you can enjoy a picnic right on the harbour’s edge. Rushcutters Bay Tennis Centre is 6 minutes away on foot and it’s just a little further to the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia where the world-renowned Sydney-to-Hobart Yacht Race starts. St Vincents Hospital is 15 minutes walk away.
Getting Around:
The studio does not come with parking but its close to several public transport options. Nearby buses take you into the CBD and Circular Quay for the Sydney Opera House and ferry services. Alternatively, it’s a 6 minute walk Kings Cross train station, providing services into the CBD and western suburbs in one direction, or to Bondi Junction in the other, one of Sydney’s major shopping hubs
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.
