Blackbird Property offers you their latest home located on one of the best streets in Katoomba with immaculate, 180-degree views of the escarpment in a serene bush setting. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, pet-friendly house is located 4 minutes from Katoomba Mall and is a wonderful base from which to explore the spectacular national parks, bush walking trails and quaint townships of the Blue Mountains. Cliffnest has ample living space and is centrally heated and has a double-sided gas fireplace.
The Space:
Cliffnest is a modern, sprawling residence with a commanding view of the surrounding bush land from multiple rooms within the house. The house comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and is the perfect Blue Mountains escape for families or groups of friends travelling together. The house is a short 4 minute drive to Katoomba Mall, 4 minute drive to Scenic World and a 5 minutes drive to the Three Sisters Lockout.
Bedding Configuration:
First Bedroom: Queen Bed plus King Single Bed and Ensuite (shower only).
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed and Ensuite (shower and bathtub).
Third Bedroom: 2 x Single Beds and Ensuite (shower only).
Fourth Bedroom: Queen Bed plus King Single Bed and Ensuite (shower and bathtub).
The house has four bedrooms each with an ensuite plus a separate powder room. All toiletries and linens are supplied by your host.
Cliffnest has two separate living rooms (formal and informal) separated by a double-sided gas fireplace and each has a flat-screen TV. There is a large dining area with seating for 10 guests and a chef’s kitchen with everything that you’ll need to cook during your stay including a microwave, coffee machine and basic pantry items supplied by your host. All these rooms have uninterrupted views of the escarpment.
The informal living area leads out into a spacious patio with a BBQ and a large dining table with seating for 10 guests.
There is a separate powder room and an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer exclusively for our guests to use during their stay.
Guests have exclusive use of the large, sun drenched garden and there is a double garage as well as a parking area for use by our guests.
For guests travelling with young children or babies, we supply a portacot and highchair (please supply your own linens for the portacot).
Please note: to confirm this booking you will be required to sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. In accordance with our Agreement, a hold of $1000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
