1. The third bedroom is ensuite, and it’s on a lower level to the rest of the house. The access is seperate through the side or there are a few steps from the balcony. The laundry area is in here too.
2. The access into the property is not at street level, one has to go down some steps, like all other properties on that street. Please note there is no wheelchair access.
3. Bin day is Monday, the main bins (red and yellow)which have been placed on the property have to be taken up by the guest residing at the property on Monday night.
