Recently updated, this apartment boasts an open-plan living area with plenty of natural light. Stay comfortable year-round with ducted heating and cooling throughout. The apartment has been thoughtfully styled to perfection, featuring modern art pieces and select furnishings from Sarah Ellison and Ted Baker. A recently updated kitchen with integrated appliances makes meal preparation a breeze.
The comfortable living room offers seating for up to four guests and includes a separate work station as well as a Samsung Frame TV, and complimentary Netflix. The dining area is set with a six-seater Saarinen oval table, perfect for hosting a meal with friends.
The bedroom in The Gus is a comfortable and peaceful space with a queen-sized bed, linen sheers, and block-out blinds to ensure a restful night's sleep. Guests can relax and unwind in this cozy space after a day of exploring Sydney.

The apartment's name pays homage to Gus Wangeheim, the original owner of the beloved Green Park Hotel, which can be seen from the apartment. Before it closed, the Greenie, (as it was affectionately know by locals) was beloved by the LGBTQI community and a landmark venue for Mardi Gras celebrations.
