- The house is located on a semi busy street so you will hear some traffic noise during peak times, but the neighborhood is otherwise friendly and quiet most of the day

- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.

- Strictly no parties. We value our neighbors so much that we have installed a non-intrusive noise detection device that will alert us at any time the noise exceeds reasonable levels, indicating a party on the premises. This will lead to eviction with no refund.
