Hart Studio is a self-contained one-bedroom guesthouse in the leafy inner Adelaide suburb of Unley. Our street has a cafe (Spread), a cocktail bar (Dolly) and there’s a pizza restaurant (Bandit) just around the corner.
King William Road with its multitude of trendy boutiques, restaurants and bars is a five minute walk away. The Adelaide CBD is ten minute drive and bus stops are at both ends of the street.
The Studio is a home away from home with everything provided to ensure guests have a wonderful stay.
The air conditioned lounge/dining area has a comfy sofa, TV with Netflix, books and board games. There is a desk for work or studying, and a monitor available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooking and baking equipment and a well-stocked pantry. A washing machine and drying rack are provided.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with quality linen, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower and bath, and high-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
There is a small private decking area with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy the outdoors. There is a pool available for guests’ use on request.
The Studio is ideally suited for two people, but we can occasionally accomodate up to three - please contact us to enquire.
Your hosts Karen and Tim live in the main property onsite. Tim is a handyman with his own business so he comes and goes during the day. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about the studio, the neighbourhood, or Adelaide and South Australia. Karen is from the UK originally and has lots of suggestions for things to do in the region. We also respect the privacy of guests - the Studio has its own entrance and private deck.
Cat lovers preferred! Please note we have three friendly kitties (George, Maple and Kenny) living on the property, so please only book Hart Studio if you don’t mind cats. We cannot guarantee that they won’t follow you into the Studio as they are very curious and love people!
On street parking is available on Hart Avenue but may not be available directly outside the house. The road is busy due to residential properties as well as bars and cafes on the street, so you may need to park a short distance away.
Hart Studio is located in the garden of a larger property on Hart Avenue. If complete privacy and seclusion is your thing, Hart Studio may not be right for you.
