The space:
The house is located in one of Canberra's established neighborhoods and offers green and leafy backyard. Enjoy the outdoor space with a large table set and fire place.
It is also a suitable place for dogs as it is large and enclosed.
Inside you will find a fully equipped good size kitchen adjacent to large dining table and good size living room.
The bedrooms are carpeted and laundry is equipped with washing machine and extra space.
The house is equipped with ducted gas heating for Canberra cold nights and evaporative cooler for warm days.
There is a double carport that is enclosed and private with automatic roller doors and plenty of parking spaces on the driveway for other cars, trailers or even your boat.
