The cottages are located on a property with another dwelling, you may see other guests onsite, and you have complete private access to your dwelling however there is a communal courtyard, patio and outdoor dining/seating that may be shared or in use by other guests.
We only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
