Downstairs the home comprises of a large family room with TV, pool table and leather lounge suite, bathroom with shower over bath and vanity, laundry with washing machine, dryer and toilet. Upstairs consists of an open plan kitchen/meals and lounge with wood heater, TV, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric hot plates and oven, CD player and access to the deck with gas BBQ, bathroom with large shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Summary: Nice spacious holiday house for relaxing. Quiet neighbourhood. Set up more for local visitors more than overseas renters…no linens are supplied… The heat on the lower level didn’t work and there was no response from the “management” company when we tried to contact them. We ended up using space heaters. It worked reasonably well but the lower level was still quite cold. Non dimmable light globes were used so they would flicker if you tried to turn them down- could easily be fixed. A few things that should be tended to but overall a nice place to stay.
