For boats and Jet Ski's to access they Must enter via the boat ramp at Fisherman's Paradise and then motor around to Sunny Hills Farm.

- This property is located on a working farm and the access road into the property is shared, please be mindful of the neighbours and the livestock on the property.
- The owners of the property do live in a separate home on the farm, however they will provide privacy during your stay, allowing you to enjoy a secluded escape.
- This property has a strict no pet policy.
- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
