A great absolute oasis perfect for groups or families looking to relax and reconnect. Spend your days outdoors by the river’s edge and say hello to ducks and kayakers passing by, and if you’re lucky, spot bird waters like the Black-winged Stilts, Sharp-tailed Sandpipers and Striated Herons amongst many other species.
An undercover courtyard at the front, welcomes you where you can enjoy plenty of seating. The light-filled, open plan living is equipped with split-type heating/cooling and a ceiling fan and offers leather sofas where you can kick back in front of the TV. Cooking up a feast comes easy in the kitchen with a breakfast bar and modern appliances and utensils. Dine together at the six-seater indoor table that enjoys a calming backdrop of greenery and the river as you slide open the doors towards the backyard. Gather in the deck with a six-seater alfresco set-up to fire up the BBQ or to simply enjoy after-dinner drinks.
Three cosy bedrooms sleep up to six guests with a king-size bed in the master and in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. The master bedroom features air-conditioning, walk-in wardrobe with an en-suite with a bath and shower combination, mirrored vanity and a toilet. Down the hall is a pristine main bathroom which also features a bath and shower combination and includes a hair dryer and fresh towels.
Additional luxuries include WiFi throughout, laundry facilities with a washing machine and parking for two cars in the driveway.
We have a Pet Fee of $50 which will be charged to your Bond when you leave. This covers extra cleaning eg for dog hair. Does not cover if poo has been left that is extra.
If you check out on a Public Holiday it is a loading of double and a half.
Stained linen will be charged either extra laundry or replacement if it does not come out.
