Summary: We arrived to find we didn't have enough towels. We then took the initiative to wash and dry the towels ourselves to find a huge dirty pile of towels in the laundry room. Carpet was completely soiled. Beds were horrible. The view, location and pool was amazing. The property is run by Accom but it is in the Mantra resort. Might be better to stay directly with Mantra.
