The space:
The entire area is an open living plan - all one tall room. Enter into the living area with kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is cleverly located under the loft and behind the kitchen area, entrance is under the stairs to bed. The bathroom has a drop down blind for privacy when showering but there is no door separating the bathroom- it is all open plan.
Comfortable queen bed is up top, please note stairs are quite steep and like a bunk bed in terms of climbing.
Little kitchenette features a Nespresso coffee machine, bar fridge, kettle, toaster. microwave and sink. Plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses provided. Outdoor Weber gas barbecue with utensils also available.
The outdoor patio is lovely, with sun chairs and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a surf. You can enter directly onto the park from the patio through a secured gate. Tamarama Beach is just a minute walk away through the park and across Pacific Avenue. Enjoy a sunset picnic in the park, at the beach, or find a secluded spot along the coastal walk which runs along Pacific Avenue - picnic basket provided.
Prefer to stay in? Cosy up on the couch with TV, games (backgammon, chess, cards), and a glass of wine.
A portable prepaid modem is provided in the loft. Please let us know if it runs out of data and we will recharge it. Please note as this is not a full modem, connection can be a little less reliable at times.
Guest access:
Guests have unlimited access to the apartment throughout their stay.
Other details to note:
There is street parking only. You can park by the beach or up top on Carlisle St for access to property. You don’t need a permit for parking. There are no time restrictions.

Feel good about a holiday you’re paying forward.
Want to know more? Learn all about the fascinating projects you’re contributing to below:
Against Malaria Foundation - We protect people from malaria. We fund nets and ensure they are distributed and used. We show you where the nets go. We monitor and report their use and impact. Each net costs about $2.00, lasts for 3 to 4 years, and protects on average two people. The statistics are well known given the scale of the problem. Every ~600 nets we put over heads and beds, one child doesn't die and 500 to 1,000 cases of malaria are prevented.
Sea Shepherd - Our mission is to protect defenseless marine wildlife and end the destruction of habitat in the world’s oceans. Since 1977, Sea Shepherd has used innovative direct action tactics to defend, conserve and protect the delicately-balanced biodiversity of our seas and enforce international conservation laws. Our ships, mainly crewed by passionate volunteers, have saved over 6000 whales from the Japanese harpoon ships in the dangerous Antarctic waters. We have stood up to seal hunters, hauled in miles of illegal fishing gear, and relentlessly chased one of the world’s most notorious poaching vessels for 110 days until they scuttled their own ship in defeat.
Yalari - Yalari is a not-for-profit organisation that offers quality, secondary education scholarships at leading Australian boarding schools for Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities. In 2022, we have over 250 students on Yalari scholarships nationally. We have an alumni group of 380 studying at universities, working or undertaking further training.
WAGEC (Women's and Girl's Emergency Centre) - a feminist, grassroots organisation based in Redfern that supports women and families in crisis and advocates for social change in the community. Every night, we support 200 women and children impacted by homelessness, domestic violence and systemic disadvantage. We do this by providing material aid, case management, biopsychosocial support, accommodation, and crisis responses.
