Welcome to Surfside Solace, a cherished family retreat perfect. This spacious 5-bedroom beach house, located just across from Warilla Beach, offers stunning ocean views & a relaxed coastal atmosphere. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with option to host up to 12 (pending approval & an additional fee per person), making it ideal for larger families or groups.
Imagine starting your morning with a coffee on the balcony, watching the sun rise over the ocean. The upstairs level boasts a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the beach, where even dishwashing comes with a view! The open-plan living, dining, and lounge area features floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking panoramas, enhancing your relaxation and dining experience. This level also has three bedrooms, including two with tri-bunks, perfect for families or groups, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a second lounge room with a kitchenette, opening onto a back balcony complete with a BBQ and outdoor seating, overlooking the backyard. This level also includes a shower and toilet for added convenience.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to walking and bike paths along the beach, as well as nearby Lake Illawarra and Reddall Reserve. Whether you're into cycling, strolling, fishing, or stand-up paddleboarding, there’s something for everyone. Kids will love the playground at Reddall Reserve, and the nearby Warilla Surf Club Café and local dining spots offer great options for breakfast, lunch, or family meals.

Warilla Beach is patrolled seven days a week for seven months of the year and is just begging for you to enjoy it. Catch an ocean breeze as you relax on the balcony or patio or simply step out the front door and in seconds you'll be touching the sand.
If you prefer the lake life, Lake Illawarra is just around the corner (ten-minute stroll away) or Little Lake (ten-minute stroll in the other direction) which both have safe areas for the little ones to enjoy the water. Make sure to bring your bikes to explore the paths!
