In a few minutes’ walk you’ll find yourself at the top end of Eagle Bay Beach. Bask in the sunshine in the summer months or go for beautiful walks along the front in winter.
The property is also just up the road from some of the best wineries and breweries including Wise Winery & Eagle Bay Brewery. Not only that but the property is also only 10 mins from Dunsborough town centre where you can access all the shops, restaurants and beaches the town has to offer.
You will feel at home the moment you arrive at this quintessential holiday home in Eagle Bay. The home has a wonderful open plan living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy a family dinner on the gorgeous raw edge jarrah table or sit in front of the woodfire with a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The back patio boasts a woodfire pizza oven for Winter and some sun loungers to soak up the sun in the warmer months. The garden out the front also has a lovely seating area where you can enjoy drinks and food whilst watching the world go by.
Downstairs there is a king size bedroom with an open ensuite which includes a spa bath and separate toilet. Also, downstairs are two queen size bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs on the mezzanine level there 2 bedrooms, one is a queen bed and the other two singles.
Eagle Bay Lodge is a secret gem tucked away behind the Peppermint Trees just metres from Eagle Bay Beach.
