The space
The home is well presented & aimed for family stays only- we do not take adult groups- we sleep 4 adults & up to 3 kids, two in toddler bunk & a cot
No other guests are permitted to attend - only booking total, unless discussed.

The Whole home is included- no shared area - Road parking
There is no driveway here - it is the rear properties access. There is a seperate flat at 65a
nb *street parking -there is no driveway- due to flat, fully private pool & seperate access.
The home is a 3 bedroom, with large outside entertaining area & BBQ, Pizza Oven, with great size pool- it is fenced & children are required to be supervised at all times when in the pool PLEASE
Other things to note: we offer NBN, all Linen incl, & discounts for longers stays 3+ nights
We have two queens beds, one in Master & one in 2nd: the 3rd bedroom has a single bunk bed. Also a cot- for infants, we can arrange a 2nd if requested.
The flat is at the rear with seperate fencing & hazed windows for privacy in the pool
For this reason we do not take large adults groups-
2 couples are fine & family stays are welcome. MAX Being 4 adults, 2 kids & an infant.
We are not far from Halikalani Bowling club_ great priced meals (walkable)
Recommend: La Bocca Pizza & the Budgewoi Hotel is newlt renovated :D
Lakes Beach - is the clsoest surf, Lakes Surf Club is the closest flag swimming area
Norah Head Lighthouse is on a few minutes drive & great views, Soldiers beach is voted one of the beach on the Coast, at Norah Head.
There's a golf driving range at Doylason, or Toukley or Magenta Golf course are a few minutes away, while Lakehaven Movies are just down the road at Charmhaven if it rains
