Enter on the ground floor where you’ll find two spacious bedrooms sleeping four guests, each with a queen-size bed. Upstairs, you’ll be greeted by an open-plan living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home, while extensive glazing offers panoramic views overlooking the Derwent River and Mt. Wellington beyond.
Dine at the six-seater table while you take in the peaceful scenery, or head out to your private balcony to cook up a BBQ lunch while you enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and the sound of gently lapping waves. The living area includes plenty of seating for leisurely afternoons spent kicking back with a movie, or making use of the board games and reading material available. Two sofas and a chaise offer breathtaking views of the bay. Stay cosy year-round with the dual-purpose reverse cycle heat pump, which provides both heating and air conditioning. For added warmth, you'll find panel heaters in the two downstairs bedrooms.
The generous bathroom, located downstairs, is immaculately appointed with an overhead shower and complimentary toiletries for you to refresh and unwind after a day at the beach. A washing machine is located in the downstairs laundry, while additional conveniences include Wi-Fi and parking for two cars on the premises.

Opossum Bay Beach and Glenvar Beach are directly opposite your stay, offering sheltered waters and scenic picnic spots. The cafes, galleries, restaurants and sights of Hobart are a 40-minute drive, where you can take a ferry to MONA or wander around the city's picturesque waterfront precinct and visit Salamanca Market, held on Saturdays, to stock up on gourmet produce and local arts and crafts.
