A typical Balmain cottage in the best location, only 3 mins walk to the ferry which will have you at Circular Quay in around 12 minutes. The buzz of Darling Street with its pubs and cafes and retail is only a 5-minute walk. The Space: The house has a clean, modern Scandinavian aesthetic with timber floors, white walls and pared-back palette. 3 double bedrooms sleep 6 guests with a nursery for a baby. We have a King-sized bed, Queen-size and two single beds in each room. There are 2 bathrooms both with showers and baths. There's a sunny backyard with barbecue and deck. Guest Access: All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, backyard and laundry! Interaction with Guests: We won’t be here but available on phone if you need us! The Neighborhood: 5 or 6 playgrounds within a short walk away Woolworths 7 min walk Shops, cafes and pubs 5 mins walk Thames St ferry 3 mins walk City Bus, 6 mins walk Getting Around: You can walk to almost everything! But should you need to leave in a car, it is only street parking at our place. Usually easy to find except on NYE. Other Things to Note: Plants don’t require watering, our cleaners take care of this. The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all guests staying prior to check in for security purposes. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3PM
