Directly opposite parkland with a playground, this elaborate two-storey beach house offers the rarest of space with two generous lounges, a covered alfresco lounge with wood heater, while an upper level sitting room opens to a generous sundeck to laze on the sunlounges or escape with a good book.
But it is the rear barn that truly amazes with yet another lounge beside the drinks bar, a billiards table, ping pong table, an outdoor lounge facing the lawns as well as numerous games for entertainment including darts and giant Jenga, and two of an amazing seven TVs spread throughout the home.
With the full fruit and vegetable garden available to use, the kitchen is well equipped to serve up your feasts including a 900mm stove with five burner cooktop, a dishwasher and coffee machine, supplemented by an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven which provides fun cooking experience for home pizza nights along with a beer keg spit and 5 burner BBQ.
