The Boat House is joined by an Old Queenslander front porch with a breezy North Facing aspect, and a cool old slip yard and common area out the back.
Fully ducted air throughout the entire home leading into a comfortable open plan living space with 2 x seperate Queen Size Rooms and a converted sitting room with 2 king single beds.

The Boat House is Surrounded by an obvious boating slipway and moored boats. We have a very shabby relaxed common area for all our 12 moorings and additional Boat House mooring requests located at the back of the property .
The boat house is right in the hub of newly developed Albion precinct , close to the bBreakfast Creek Hotel, Newstead , and the renowned high end shopping and restaurant district of James st Fortitude Valley.
