Inside:
As you enter The Bower, you step into a cozy lounge room that sets the tone for a warm and inviting atmosphere. Continuing forward through the lounge room, you'll find a rumpus room with a TV and chairs, along with a bedroom featuring bunk beds.
To the right of the lounge room, you'll ascend into the dining area, which boasts a delightful fireplace and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. This setup allows for easy interaction and socialising while preparing meals or enjoying a cozy evening by the fire. From this area, you can access the other two bedrooms, the laundry, and the bathroom.
Outside
Through the laundry area, you'll have access to the outdoor space, where you'll find a dining table and a small, grassed area with a clothesline. It's the perfect spot for enjoying meals alfresco or simply relaxing amidst nature. In the front yard, you'll discover a balcony featuring outdoor furniture, including a table and a barbecue area, creating an inviting space for outdoor gatherings.
It's important to note that guests are kindly requested not to drive down the gravel driveway. Instead, please utilize the grassed area at the property for parking convenience.

One of the major highlights of The Bower is its excellent location. Just a short 400-meter walk will lead you to Kirby's Beach, allowing you to soak up the sun, swim, or take leisurely strolls along the shoreline. For those who appreciate natural beauty, a relaxed 800-meter stroll will take you to Berrara Lagoon and Berrara Beach, where you can enjoy the serene coastal surroundings.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
