The Canopy House Yarra Valley in Healesville is a unique styled spacious cabin nestled high on the hill 1 kilometre from the centre of town.
The property has sweeping 180 degree views over the Healesville township with established picturesque seasonal gardens.
It has the convenience of being close to town whilst being private and secluded. Ideal for one or two couples in retreat style
Open plan living and entertainment area cosy and warm in winter whilst being open and airy in other months.
The Space
The Canopy is situated near the top of a hill overlooking Healesville. It is in a residential estate with acreage abutting two boundaries and bush behind. This allows plentiful wildlife and birds around the property. The front of the house is looking through the canopy of trees on the property. The living area is open plan with kitchen dining table, sitting area with wood fire. The television has a sound bar for your enjoyment of music or movies.
The sleeping area is connected by a windowed corridor with views through to front and back gardens. Both bedrooms are spacious with skylights above each bed. There is a deck both front and back of the house, mostly undercover.
The location is close to town whilst being secluded and peaceful.
House rules if you are visiting with dogs;
- Please let us know if you are bringing a dog and we can send the house details.
- We have chooks in the yard in their own coop.
- Dogs are welcome inside, but not on furniture or in the bedrooms.
- Please bring your own dog bedding and bowls.
- The backyard is fully fenced, however, we ask you to check it is safe for your dog before leaving them in there unattended.
- The fence height is about 1.2 meters.
- We often have wildlife near the property on the other side of the fence.
- Please dispose of all dog poo in the backyard.
- If you are going out without your dog, ensure your pet is left safely outside.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to all of the house with the exception of the office and some locked cupboards.
The therapy room at the back of the house is closed during guests stay unless they would like to book a session through Deborah
