A beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment with a balcony, in a security building opposite Parliament House and just a short walk to the city, the river, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay and the Conference Centre. Facing North with river, city and Hills views, this is a private and secure city haven which has been fully refurbished and now has free wifi (up to 10gb per week). An ideal escape from the hubbub of the city yet close enough to walk to it all in just a few minutes. (Please note-this a non-smoking apartment.) Minimum stay - From 4th January 2019 - 91 nights (Unfortunately the City of Perth have banned shorter days in this building) Our cleaner is very accommodating, but it is not always possible to offer changeovers on public holidays .
