You are just a short drive to the beaches of Tomakin, Mossy Point & Broulee, Mogo Zoo and the artisan village of Mogo, whilst feeling miles away.

Enjoy access to the river from The Landing, a short stroll away, where you can fish, look for birds or watch the river ebbing by. Or simply relax at The Cottage with a cup of tea in hand.

The Cottage is set on 10 hectares and is part of a rural property, called Tommaghan Rest. Part of the appeal is the country setting with the Cottage located at the end of a long unsealed driveway.

2 children are also welcome to sleep on the queensized sofa bed in the living room.
Noise Policy: Whilst you are on a rural property, it is a quiet area and we do have neighbours (albeit 100s of metres away) so we ask you to be respectful and considerate.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families.
Other home on property: The Cottage is one of two homes that lies on our 10 hectare property, Tommaghan Rest. You will have access to the entire cottage, but not Ironbark House. The cottage is 50 m away from the main house and you will have privacy during your stay at The Cottage and cannot see the main house. However, it also means there may be other guests on the property during your stay.
River Access: To access the river, Cottage guests will use “The Landing” which is a short walk away. A detailed map can be found at the Cottage.
Septic System: Being a rural property, The Cottage is not connected to the sewer. We have an odour free composting toilet. Other than not needing to flush you will notice no difference.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, dishwashing, toiletries and toilet paper supplies. For extended stays we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.
Other things to note
The Cottage is one of two accommodation options at Tommghan Rest. As guests, you will have exclusive access to the grounds surrounding the Cottage, however there may be other guests on the 10ha property staying at Ironbark House, which is located about 100 m away from the house and cannot be directly seen from the Cottage.
This 1 Bedroom Cottage provides accommodation with View, Fireplace/Heating, Child Friendly, for your convenience. This Cottage features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. The rental Cottage has 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom to make you feel right at home.
