The Space:
The Eagles Nest sits on the quiet valley of Breakfast Creek, at the end of our tree-lined "Willow Walk Lane," just 3 hours away from the vibrant cities of Sydney and Newcastle. Nearby Naked Lady Wines, Wollemi National Park, and Goulburn River National Park, making this the perfect base camp for vacationers interested in bushwalking trails, picnics, and kayaking.
A comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the main house, rear garden, and inside of sheds or garages. The outdoor pavilion near the dam, above-ground swimming pool, and paddocks are also accessible to guests after checking with the land host.

The Eagles Nest is a 115-acre farm that adjoins Crown reserves on the southern and northern borders which are ideal spots for bushwalking, climbing rock pagodas, and other attractions. Only 3 hours away from the vibrant cities of Sydney and Newcastle.

By public transport: Not available
The nearest train station is Lithgow, with a bus trip from there to Rylstone. There is no public transport or taxi service from there to the farm. It is advisable that you bring your own car.

- There may be other residences on the property that guests will rent out, so you may run into them when roaming around the property
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
