Our unique laid-back beach accommodation is perfect for large families or friends to stay in the same location yet with the convenience of their own private space.
Newly renovated and converted into two luxury apartments for maximum flexibility, Lou and Lewie’s at Sawtell is available for rent as individual apartments or combined for the entire house.
When rented together, Lou and Lewie's can sleep a total of 12 guests and guests have full use of the property.
Enjoy views of the bush with the sound of the waves filtering through. Lou and Lewie’s is meters from a beautiful beach and only minutes from the laid-back cafes that line Sawtell’s main street.

Lou’s is the ultimate in relaxed luxury featuring high raked ceilings in a large open plan kitchen-dining-living room.
Entertain in a fully equipped kitchen or head outdoors and enjoy the large BBQ area with covered outdoor dining in your own enclosed garden.
Indoors, double sliding doors in the living room let in lots of light and access to outdoor seating on the wrap-around balcony. Whilst the nook, with its matching wing-backed chairs was designed as a cosy reading space.
Every bedroom has deluxe hotel grade beds, pillows and sheets ensuring you get a great night’s sleep. The Master bedroom has its own Ensuite, the Garden room opens onto the back balcony and the Twin room has a smart TV.
Lewie's - ground level
Lewie’s is located on the ground floor of the beach house and features a fully equipped kitchen with built-in breakfast bar. The living space opens directly onto the BBQ and outdoor dining area, making this an entertainer’s dream.
To ensure everyone gets a good night’s sleep, every bedroom has deluxe hotel grade beds, pillows and sheets.
Large sliding doors in the Master bedroom allow for beautiful views to the garden. A Middle bedroom and Twin bedroom with smart TV plus two bathrooms ensures this self-contained space provides everything you need.
