Follow the beach path 600m, or 7 minutes stroll from the back gate right onto the beach, passing the skate park on the way. Birubi Beach’s expansive sandy lands has a surf club, a café and incredible camel ride opportunities in the surrounding dunes area, and it is also a gateway for 4WD vehicles to the famous Worimi Conservation Lands. Just a 4-minute drive will take you to some of the most delicious eateries on Gan Gan Road.
Renovated in 2021 and magnificently designed with fabulous views of Birubi Beach, the First Wave is your home away from home. On the entry level, you'll find 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and 2 of which have access to the beach from the backyard. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third has 2 sets of bunk beds and a TV. There is also a new bathroom with glass shower and toilet, and internal laundry with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. Head out to the spacious deck with its outdoor fan to witness the waves roll in at gorgeous Birubi Beach.
Ascend the internal or external stairs to find the air-conditioned open plan living area with a TV, free Wifi, books and boardgames, and a fully equipped, renovated kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, full sized fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop and microwave, plus stone benchtops. The living room leads out to the balcony – cook up a BBQ and dine alfresco in the fresh ocean air as you overlook the beautiful views of Birubi Beach once again. This level also has the 4th air-conditioned bedroom, which offers a king bed, ceiling fan and TV, and a 2nd bathroom with a glass shower and toilet.
Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway, and there is also street parking. The garage is for owner use only.
