The Keeper's House is all about space. This large family home will easily accommodate up to 6 people with two separate living spaces ensuring that every guest can find a place to relax. The northern aspect of the main living area is all glass ensuring that the morning sun can be truly enjoyed. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Only minutes from Toowoomba's boarding schools, medical facilities, St Vincent's Hospital, CBD, Gabbinbar Homestead, Preston Peak and Local Attractions.
The Keeper's House is fully self-contained and the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Toowoomba. Easy entertaining with the fully equipped large kitchen, BBQ and extra-large dining table. The back-garden space of The Keeper's House is also extra-large. The Keeper's House is ideal for extended or large families, business travelers, relocation's, move out renovations, wedding parties and pre-baby waiting’s.
For large family occasions The Keeper's House has the added benefit of having The Lighthouse at its back door.
There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has two KING single beds as does the third bedroom. Both these bedrooms have good storage cupboards. All have new mattresses and are super comfortable. Beautiful linen adds the finishing touch.
The main bathroom of the house has a large shower. The instant hot water system will ensure a fantastic shower. There is a separate toilet. There is an ensuite bathroom attached to the main bedroom. The laundry is equipped with a large basin, washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
Each of the living spaces are equipped with TVs, both with Netflix.
Overhead fans are in all the bedrooms and living rooms with air-conditioning in the kitchen/living/dining room space, main bedroom and second living space, which all adds to the level of comfort.
There is a long driveway and street parking is also absolutely fine. It is a short walk to Thai takeaway, Wendland's fine food and cafe, bottle shop, bakery, beauty salon, MacKenzie Row Convenience Store and Millers Gourmet Meats butchery. No need to drive!
We have a port a cot and a high chair available and the laundry sink is china which makes for a great baby bath.
The entire house is for you to enjoy. We are contactable by phone and live 5 minutes away if you need any assistance during your stay.
You can walk to local coffee shops, Thai take away, bakery, mini supermarkets and bottle shops. Queen's park is just a 5 minute walk.
