Bella Coastal Property would like to welcome you to "The Lake House at Conjola".
This quintessential family home has everything you need for a comfortable South Coast family getaway. Perfectly situated, a short stroll will find you at the lake, beach and local shops, where you can hire a boat, kayak or stand-up paddle board from the local Lake Conjola Post Office Store. The beautiful lake at Conjola is also perfect for fishing, waterskiing, wake boarding and other water based activities. There are boat ramps available at the lake and room to park your boat at the house if you bring your own.
After a day enjoying the outdoors, sun and sand relax on the spacious deck with a cocktail, or take a two minute drive down to the Lake Conjola Bowling Club for dinner and drinks and leave the cooking to someone else!
Located downstairs you will find a very spacious area consisting of a second bathroom with a toilet vanity and shower, a six seater dining table, second living area with a lounge, tv, mitsubishi reverse heating and cooling air conditioning and bedroom including a double bed and a tri-bunk. If you take a look through the cupboards in the hallway you will find a cupboard full of books, games and tennis rackets and balls for the local tennis court located just up the road.
Upstairs in this family orientated home you will find another living area with an air conditioning system, tv, 2 bedrooms with a single bed in each and another bedroom with a queen bed and tv. You will also find a beautiful kitchen with the essentials including a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, electric stove and oven and a coffee machine! The upstairs dining area has an 8 seater dining table with a sony radio player for those cooking karaoke or dining table card game feels.
