It has a paved inclined driveway that leads you up all the way to the top to the cosy retreat with private parking.
The house is a charming holiday retreat nestled in the picturesque suburb of McCracken, South Australia. With its prime location only a few minutes, from Victor Harbor beach, and other popular local beaches in the area such as: Port Elliot, Middleton and Goolwa beach to name a few. Also, Mckracken Country Club Golf Course, Victor Harbor Hotel, pubs, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, main shopping precinct and half an hour from world renown award winning Mclaren Vale wineries, 20 minutes from The Coorong Quays Hindmarsh Island, and the awe-inspiring Deep Creek Conservation Park is 38 minutes from the holiday home. There is so much more to discover and explore in the beautiful region of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The property boasts two bedrooms with plush queen size beds, comfortably accommodating up to four guests, lounge with t.v, modern central bathroom, convenient second toilet is located upstairs. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, oven and microwave making meal preparation a breeze. Step out onto the patio and alfresco dining under the stars.
