The house is perched on a hill just above the fabulous Shelly beach and rock pools.
Backing onto a reserve, the home is peaceful with ocean views to die for and whales galore to watch over winter.
2 great cafes and the new restaurant Capiche are all within strolling distance.
Cycle the nearby bike paths into town or take kayaks to Pop Denison lagoon just around the corner.
The house is in original condition (not luxurious or glamourous!), and is very functional with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Original 1980s bathrooms will take you back in time and we won’t mind how much sand you bring home from the beach.
The kitchen is modern (but still not glam!) and has an Ariston induction hob and oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and slow cooker.
Feel free to put extra kids (or adults) on the two huge couches (not sofa beds) that could easily fit an adult each.
Laundry is well equipped with a washer and tumble dryer.
