Positive: In the days leading up to our stay our wonderful host, Karri sent us a message with clear instructions on the location of the lockbox and how to access the key. On the day of our arrival, the host had changed the code and sent us a message prior to our arrival to let us know the new code. At this point we asked if it was possible to access the property early as our trip from Sydney was much faster than anticipated given the school holidays, and as the property was ready Karri kindly allowed us earlier access. The layout of the house is fantastic, including an incredible rumpus style movie room downstairs where you will find the sofa lounge (4th Bedroom). There is a laundry adjacent with a separate shower and toilet. The back sliding doors provides easy access to walk down behind the house towards the lake for an easy "bushwalk" for little ones. Upstairs in the main area of the house the kitchen, dining and lounge room open plan all have amazing views of the bushland and lake below. The family bedroom with double bed and bunks is on the opposite side of the lounge room to the two other bedrooms which reduces disruption from early rising kids.

Negative: Only very little things: The microwave is above the fridge which meant climbing on a chair to get things in and out. The main bathroom door has dual access but can only be locked on one side. The main toilet door has no handle on the outside but is lockable from the inside.

Summary: Family friendly accommodation with stunning views.
