Also a large TV and fan with air conditioning and plenty of cupboard space. The lounge room comes with a massive TV and fire place and antique lounge room to complete the theme, air conditioning is also available in this room. This room then flows onto the dining area with wooden buffet. The 2nd bedroom has twin bedding and then the kitchen is the Queenslander style country kitchen with the original oven and cook top. Access to the back yard and the downstairs area is available from the back stairs. Plenty or room for the kids to play and fully fenced for any pets (upon approval) A Lovely outdoor undercover BBQ area for the family to enjoy which is adjacent to the remote lock up garage.
Under the house has the 3rd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom with walk in shower, your laundry and another parking area also available. Located within walking distance to the waterfront and Redcliffe CBD you can walk a block and visit a corner cafe - Shield St Eats which offers a variety of treats.
