This beautiful property, located at Moonah Links World Class Golf Course (Open Course/Legends Course) accommodates up to 8 people with a fabulous outdoor area with spa to enjoy.
It's the perfect place to gather family and friends for a weekend away, a golf trip, a special occasion as Peppers Resort offers fine dining or a private official corporate work retreat.

A large 4-seater saltwater spa awaits you as well as a large outdoor seating area, BBQ and the most gorgeous tree views which provides a stunning setting for beautiful sunsets.
The property is beautifully styled and so comfortable with many lovely features including central heating and evaporative cooling throughout, with a lovely open and comfortable space - we await your arrival!
There are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms each with linen and towels included during your stay.
*We do kindly request you byo spa towel during your stay.
The kitchen is perfectly set up to cater for groups with Euro appliances, a large cooktop, refrigerator (the ice maker & water not connected), Coffee Pod Machine and a large stone bench to prepare gourmet meals.
The house has a lovely open plan living, dining and kitchen area that adjoins the fabulous outdoor area.
A comfortable and spacious lounge area, with smart TV and wifi available during your stay.
Foxtel is available during your stay with sports channels on the main lounge TV.
The outdoor area with beautiful, treed views, complete with bbq, outdoor lounge furniture and spa.
Downstairs for living and upstairs for sleeping.
Bedding Configuration:
Master Bedroom with en-suite, tv and gorgeous large bathtub - one King size bed & TV.
Bedroom Two - one queen size bed.
Bedroom Three - one tri bunk (double & single) and one king single bed.
There is another full bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs.
Doonas, pillows, towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels are all provided as part of the tariff. *Other than a towel for the spa.
We can also make available port-a-cot with mattress and gates for families with young children. You must bring your own linen for the port-a-cot.
You will have access to the large double garage for storage and security of your gold clubs and personal items. There is also a table tennis available for use during your stay.
There is also a laundry with washing machine only. Please note there is a clothesline & drying facilities available.
The property is located in a private gated community only moments away from the famous Peppers resort and fine dining available.
The property is ideally located within a short driving distance of 10 world class golf courses.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property (including the garage) for the duration of your stay. The house is only ever tenanted to one group so it's all yours to enjoy.
Other things to note:
Linen is provided for all beds in the house.
We have a two night minimum stay on weekends and three night minimum stay on all long weekends, including Labour Day, Anzac Day, Queens Birthday and Melbourne Cup weekends.
We are certainly happy to offer an early check-in and a late checkout whenever possible.
