In summer enjoy the large inground pool and in winter the gas fireplace in the lounge. New Smart TV installed to lounge room November 2020.
Ducted airconditioning and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable on hot or cool days.
The large modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer.
Enjoy your meals in the dining room or eat and cook outside under the huge covered fenced veranda with Gas BBQ.
Outside pets are welcome and have plenty of room to run around in the fenced yard.
Fish off the beach or bring the boat, there is lots of room in the yard and the boat ramp is only a 5 minute drive away.
Retail therapy and food shopping is available in Hervey Bay only a 15 minute drive.
Goody's and the Salty Squid restaurant on the Toogoom waterfront are a good option for the times you do not feel like cooking.
Hand rails in main bathroom, 2 toilets, pool and flat concrete access at front door and path to the pool canmake this property suitable forguests needing a bit of extra help or using a wheelchair.
