Enjoy exclusive access to 20 wooded acres over-looking Wallis Lake. Comfortably accommodating 2.5 families, Wallis Pavilions is one of the area's finest properties. The perfect location to relax and appreciate nature and each other. Kangaroos and deers are often spotted on the property in addition to plentiful flora and fauna.
Supremely private, the main house enjoys beautiful aspects from every window with lake views from the kitchen, dining and outdoor areas. The lounge room enjoys a fire place and outdoor area a beautiful fire pit. Little and bigger kids will love the play equipment, jumbo trampoline and games shed complete with pool table, dart board and table tennis table. There is an additional lounge room in the guests pavilion and a further lounge and entertaining area in the games shed. Guests can also unwind in a heated spa with views of the lake.
A Place To Enjoy
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. There is ample parking for more than 10 vehicles with plenty of space for boats, caravans etc. The driveway alone is 600m long so guests will require a car to access the property and take advantage of the area.
Coastal Lakeside Lifestyle
Incredibly peaceful on the shores of Wallis Lake. Lake access is available right across the road from the driveway. In the Pacific Palms area approximately 20 mins to Blueys Beach and 25 mins to Seal Rocks. World class boating, fishing, scenery and more. Please note that Coomba Park is an isolated community with few if any cafes and restaurants. We love it but please be sure that this location suits your group.
You will definitely need your own vehicle to use the property. Please also note that the nearest shops are approximately 20 mins away. The property offers complete privacy, peace and isolation but it won't suit people who are wanting cafes, restaurants or shops close by.
A Hidden Gem
The Pacific Palms area is undoubtably one of the nicest and unspoiled natural locations in the world. You will have access to Wallis Lake at the bottom of the driveway, Smiths Lake and Myall Lake are within 20 mins drive as are Blueys, Elizabeth and Boomerang Beach. The property comfortably accommodates 13 guests in multiple sleeping configurations. Please note though that this comprises of 2 King Doubles, 1 Queen, 1 King Single and 3 sets of bunks. Whilst the bunks can accommodate adults, they are best suited to children and early teens.
