In the winter, we release the "Couples Retreat", offering all the benefits of a fully self contained beautiful house, with the master bedroom and bathroom. The additional 3 bedrooms are locked off.
The garage is for one car space only.

The Space:
Once described by a guest as "Palm Springs meets Regional Victoria" this property is stylish, swanky and is one of the BEST holiday houses in Yarrawonga Mulwala!
In the winter, enjoy the huge open fire place, hydronic floor heating, and beautiful winter sun streaming in the north facing windows. There is a BBQ and Pizza oven in the pool cabana.
Guests have access to one side of the double garage, with direct access into the house.
This is a pet friendly house: One off pet fee of $65 applies, the pet can sleep in the laundry, but must be small, non-hair shedding dog or cat!

The Neighborhood:
A great location in residential Mulwala, 2 streets back from the main street and Lake Mulwala. You can easily walk into Mulwala to the Bakery, Butchers, Wine Bar, Clubs, Pubs, Supermarket, Pizza Parlour, Chinese Restaurant and Tun-za-fun (to name a few).
Alternatively, if you want to stretch your legs, Yarrawonga is only 3km away with a great foot path.
Getting Around:
Yarrawonga, Mulwala and surrounds have a local taxi service and each Club and some Pubs offer courtesy buses.
Otherwise, walk! You are in a great location with great walking paths.
Other Things to Note:
If there are government restrictions on travel within the state the guest is a resident of, and you are not permitted to holiday in the house you have booked, then refunds will be processed, less the 10% administration cancellation fee (applicable to the deposit and/or balance paid) and less any 3rd party platform fees (see below).
Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, then a 15% administration cancellation fee will apply.

**Please note, our COVID-19 cancellation policy is restrictive to the state and territory government guidelines and restrictions at the time of your stay.
(1) COVID – 19 Cancellation Policy: 3rd party advertising platforms:
If you are making a booking on a 3rd party platform, there are fees and commissions payable to that respective platform. Please note, these fees are non-refundable should a guest request to cancel.
Only in extenuating circumstances where a host or a guest is sick with COVID – 19, will an application be received for a different cancellation policy.
We, the Property Managers receive a payout after the planned check-in date of the booking period.
The remaining payout figure will be refunded to the guest, less the 10% administration cost, within 14 days of receiving this payment from the 3rd party platform.
(2) Airbnb Reservations made after 14 March 2020
Reservations for stays made after 14 March 2020 will not be covered under the Airbnb extenuating circumstances policy.
After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected.
COVID-19 related circumstances not covered include: transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter-in-place requirements.
The property manager / host’s cancellation policy will apply as usual.
A security bond is payable to the Managing Agents (Waterfront Holiday Houses Pty Ltd) 7 days prior to arrival.
The security bond payment is $1000 per stay and payment details will be emailed to you after booking confirmation. This is to cover any damages that may be caused during the length of your stay, or additional cleaning charges, security callout, removal of rubbish or lost keys. The total cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions.
All quality bed linen and bath towels are provided.
In the winter, kindling and firewood is supplied for the al fresco fire place.
In the summer, pool towels are provided.
A starter kit of coffee, tea, sugar and basic pantry items are provided.
