Downstairs features bedroom 3 and 4 with queen + king single and queen bed, main bathroom wth free standing bath, shower and vanity, picture yourself in a tropical style retreat, so relaxing.

At the other side of the downstairs area is the large rumpus / entertaining space with smart TV, pool table, bar area with extra fridge, 4th bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer. The entertainment space smartly balances indoor and outdoor spaces, with outdoor dining area, pizza oven, bbq area and outdoor hot tub. Kayaks and SUP board are available for your use at your own risk

Double driveway parking and free street parking. space for boat. Sorry garage is not accessible to guests, it is in use for owner storage.
