The Waters Edge Villa is not just in the name, this double story beautifully presented property is a stones throw from the water. No need for the headache of packing and loading the kids in the car to go to for a swim, simply cross the quiet cul-de-sac and you are at a little piece of paradise.
The home is situated at the end of a quiet court. Safe for the kids to ride their bikes with a full view of the street and water from the living room. They will never be far from your sight while you relax with friends and enjoy a wine and a BBQ on the large front balcony with water views.
Close to the local shopping precinct, and an easy walk along the foreshore to the Loch Sport Marina Hotel & Marina. Walking distance to sporting facilities. As well as the convenience of a boat ramp in your street.
Comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people - 4 Bedrooms including; 1 double bed, 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunks and a single bed. One doona and pillow supplied for each bed, however guests are required to bring their own linen and towels. The home will easily accommodate two families, with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet connected to the master bedroom, family bathroom with bath/shower and separate wash closet.
The kitchen is fully self-contained, with microwave. Ceiling fans in the main living space and new split system air conditioning / heating units on both floors. As the house runs on tank water, we recommend bringing your own drinking water.
There is plenty to keep the kids entertained with board games, books, DVD’s also Nintendo Wii upstairs in their own retreat area.
Departing - Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise arranged, cleaning products are supplied for tenants use. We ask that everything used is washed and returned to the cupboards, and all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are left as you found them. One hours cleaning is allowed for in the rate charged any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the bond.
