The Welcome Paddock is a beautiful country property set on 20 acres of undulating hills, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The property features a new pool and spa in addition to 2 large dams, ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding or just sitting back and relaxing. The house is equipped with all modern amenities including newly installed fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating.
We are surrounded by many spa resorts, some of Australia’s best wineries and many outstanding restaurants. Our property is modern and stylish with all the amenities to ensure a relaxing holiday. The property accommodates 10 people and consists of one wing where the 4 bedrooms are located, 2 with Queen sized beds, 1 King and one with bunk beds. There is a guesthouse that sleeps an additional 2 people and is set amongst beautiful vines and trees, and features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
All rooms have heating and cooling. There is a large lounge room with impressive views over the back paddock. The kitchen, dining room and outdoor deck are perfect for entertaining. There are 3.5 bathrooms and a separate laundry outside. The TV room is upstairs and overlooks the front lake and pool area.
There are many cosy areas throughout the house such as the fireplace nook for reading and the upstairs deck for morning yoga and breakfast.
The oversized back deck has a large corner couch for relaxing as well as an oversized table that seats 12. A BBQ is located on the back deck, and there are also hammocks available. The backyard is fully fenced with a 2 story cubby house and swing set, perfect for hours of fun.
There are 2 bodies of water on the property and watersports and life vests are provided. As lakes and dams are not fenced, small children must be watched at all times.
There is plenty of parking on the property. As it is 10 kms out of Hepburn and Daylesford you need a car to get around the neighbourhood.

We are located 10 minutes' drive from the many shops, galleries and restaurants of Daylesford and only 5 minutes from the famous Hepburn bathhouse and many restaurants and bars. Lavendula, the beautiful lavender farm is a 10-minute walk. Trentham, Kyneton, Creswick and Castlemaine are less than 30 minutes' drive and are quaint towns filled with antiques, galleries, restaurants and wineries.
