Located in Peppermint Grove Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Capel Vale Winery and Busselton Jetty are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Busselton Jetty Underwater Observatory and South West Rail and Heritage Centre. Peppermint Grove Beach house is an upside-down house with the kitchen, spacious living/dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spectacular deck on the upper storey. Views to die for out over Geographe Bay. You can watch the kids on the beach and swimming if you want to from the deck. Your laundry should you need it is downstairs.
The bedroom configuration upstairs is with the master bedroom having a King bed and en-suite, one queen bedroom and three king singles in the third bedroom. Seven persons sleep comfortably upstairs. As noted above, fourth and fifth bedrooms and extra bathroom are downstairs if your numbers require. Bedroom 4 on the ground floor is spacious and has a queen bed and a single. Bedroom 5 has a king bed, so the house can sleep a maximum of 12 people.
The laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer is downstairs and there is a washing line.
Pets are welcome inside. We do take a pet bond against damage and extra cleaning which may be required for animals but we have rarely needed to invoke it. We find that people appreciate being able to bring their pets to a high quality house and they respect the property commensurately.
There is also a secure yard for your dog or dogs (max of two please) which is available while you are at home.
In a completely separate part of the house is a small unit for us as the owners for when we occasionally come down to stay. We are rarely there and if we are, you will only know by the presence of our car. We ensure we are never there when our guests take up the to 4 or 5 bedroom and 3rd bathroom option. On your booking enquiry we will let you know if we will be there at any time during your stay. In any case we will not hear you and you will not hear us.
