Tucked away in a quiet residential area, this is a lovely home to retreat to, where you can relax and spend quality time with your family and friends. Tradewinds is a short walk to the beautiful sands of Burrum Heads and a short drive to the boat ramp for the fishing enthusiast. Tradewinds is fully furnished home catering to your every holiday need. This property comfortably accommodates 8 guests.
Bedroom 1 - The Master Suite
The large master suite located on the top floor flows out to a sprawling balcony with beautiful views of the reserve with glimpses of the nearby waterway, it’s the perfect spot to take in the afternoon sunset whilst enjoying a beverage or two. The airconditioned master bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, large open ensuite and a small retreat with TV and ceiling fans for some time out or a spot of work on your laptop.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 – 1 queen bed, wardrobe, ducted air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 – 1 double bed, wardrobe, ducted air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Bathrooms – Large bathroom in master suite upstairs (shower & toilet), 1 Bathroom downstairs with bath, shower and separate toilet. Powder room situated near laundry.
Laundry – equipped with washer and dryer on lower level.
Kitchen - The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and large cook top, 2 good size fridge/freezer combos along with an additional chest freezer just outside. The kitchen also offers a microwave and several cooking appliances including an electric frypan, air fryer, slow cooker, blender, pie maker, sandwich press and mix master. We also didn’t overlook coffee lovers, with a Delonghi Nespresso Citiz Coffee pod machine available for your morning cuppa.
On the downstairs balcony you will also find a large Beef Eater BBQ for your bacon and eggs or evening cook ups.
Entertainment - Tradewinds has 2 large screen TV areas with comfortable seating to relax on: sign into your favourite platforms with unlimited Wi-Fi and Telstra TV. An additional TV is located in the upstairs master retreat.
The kitchen and dining areas are located downstairs and flow out onto a large alfresco dining and lounging area by the pool. The home is beautifully positioned for you to enjoy all that Burrum Heads has to offer yet far enough away for it to be a private, personal retreat.
Beach Access – A short stroll from the back yard and you will find yourself on the pristine shores of Burrum Heads.
