Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is great. The place is semi self service when it comes to checking in and getting room supplies. We had an easy time navigating around. The staff are friendly and would be checking in through msg every day. They are willing to work with us when we requested a room change. It didn't pan out as we didn't respond immediately when the room was available, but we appreciate them doing their best.

Negative: It was a bit noisy at night. We also felt cold (January 1st) as no heat was available in the room, and we come from NY where indoors are very warm.
