Unwind in one of the two living spaces or entertain in the open-plan-kitchen that seamlessly flows onto the outdoor deck, featuring an entertainer BBQ and wine fridge. There is a fire pit for the cooler months and a selection of board games and records to keep you amused. The kids will love the large trampoline and climbing gym. You will also have access to the 25m community pool.
Enjoy kayaking and fishing on the lake or go surfing at the nearby beaches of Catherine Hill Bay, Blacksmiths and Caves Beach. For the nature lover, there are multiple coastal walks and national park trails to explore.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the home and to the local community pool. The garage isn’t accessible to guests. However, there is plenty of onsite parking.
