Our 1 acre property is in Warrandyte 35 minutes from Melbourne CBD. With peace and tranquility boasting 4 bedrooms, study, 3 bathrooms and a pool house (unfurnished), you will enjoy this property close to the Yarra Valley, Yarra River, wineries and walking trails. Feels like you are in your own private hideaway but all the amenities are only minutes away. Parking for 4 cars. Please note, this is not a luxury listing. It has basic but functional amenities and its true star quality is its size, space, pool and gardens. It's just a nice property to relax in. Surrounded by palm trees it's a tropical oasis with large spaces and multiple living areas. Basic linen and towels are provided. The Gold Fields shopping centre is just over 1km away while the larger Pines shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away. The property will suit families, couples and small groups. There is a strict no party policy and this will attract reports from neighbours and caretakers. If this rule is broken, this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. No additional guests other than those listed are permitted on the property. Please note the house is connected to a flat which we use for our own stays. This is always vacant when guests are present but will remain locked. The fireplace is not functional.
