The Space
The Main House is comprised of an open plan spacious kitchen/dining room with a wood burner, 2 lounge rooms (1 media room and 1 reading room), 1 master bedroom complete with ensuite, 1 queen bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower/toilet/sink and washing machine.
The Kitchen: fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, sandwich toaster and Ninja blender.
The Dining Room: comfortably seats 8 people. There is also an outside, covered dining area for 12 people.
The Media Room: a large corner lounge easily seating 10 people with extra floor cushions, a 62" TV and Starlink wifi.
The Reading Room: A quiet space away from the hub of the house to escape with a book or podcast.
The Flat: is located approx. 40m from the main house, featuring an open plan kitchen/lounge, full bathroom and 2 queen sized bedrooms both featuring built-in wardrobes and sofa bed in the lounge.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the gardens surrounding the house, with BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven, hammock, outdoor bath and lounge, and 2 separate fire-pit areas. There is direct river access for guests, also accessible by car with a small boat ramp and private jetty.
