Deja View and Ocean View are two holiday homes combined to suitably accommodate large families, special anniversaries and birthdays, weddings, craft groups, yoga retreats and corporate retreats.
The two properties are just 60m from each other and situated in the same street. When booked together, offering a combination of 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 living and dining areas, various balconies, verandahs and outdoor BBQ facilities.
Both properties are pet friendly and have secure fenced areas for pets to roam. A maximum of two dogs are permitted at each property at any given time.
Enjoy our quality and professionally laundered bed and bath linen per stay. Doonas, pillows and extra blankets are also provided.
Golf Clubs are available for guest use at no charge. The Preston Beach Golf Club is a short drive from both properties.
There is also a man cave or games room at the Ocean View property which has ping pong (table tennis) and a dart board for indoor entertainment.
A porta cot is available upon request.
*** It is to be noted that the stone driveway at the Deja view property is quite steep and some parts are uneven for vehicles that are low to the ground. Parking is also available at the base of the driveway with stone steps leading to the front door.
The front and rear of the Deja View property have 1.5m high (approx) retaining walls without railing.

If you have read all our checklists you will note that there is no Wifi access at either of the properties ~ many of our guests have appreciated the digital detox when holidaying in Preston Beach and being able to get back to basics for a while and reconnect. However, there are HDMI and USB ports on the TVs. Mobile phone coverage is very good in Preston Beach.
No more than 4 vehicles are permitted at each property, strictly no camper trailers, caravans, swags or tents. Boats by approval only.

Whilst Western Australia has recovered from a State of Emergency due to the COVID19 Pandemic, my business at Aldemor Holidays will continue to ensure all our guests can confidently enjoy their stay in a safe and clean environment.
As we will still maintain a 24-48hr gap between each reservation, we are able to offer guests early checkins and late checkouts of 12 noon at no extra charge.
Our housekeeping staff are certified in the COVID19 Hygiene Course & are fully vaccinated.
