One double bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 singles beds. Modern bathroom, washing machine and kitchenette with mod cons and beautifully presented. NBN wifi. Note: Owner may be in residence upstairs in the main house upstairs. New childrens playground 20 metres away and 100 metres to the patrolled surfing beach, October to Easter and 250 metres to the renovated rock pool and surf life saving club which has a kiosk and cafe open on Friday and Sunday evenings.

Summary: This unit is excellent for people with a small car and minimal luggage as parking is really limited. If you you use the driveway to park in (when allowed) it is steep and narrow with a very tight turning pad at the end . To access beach you need to walk between two buildings which own the land and then a step across a very low slung chain to cross a playground and then over the road to the beautiful beach. Only takes a few minutes. No big deal but a bit awkward. The surf club cafe looking over the beach is great The unit is nice and the tiny kitchen was adequate. There was a hint of mould in the air at first which clears when you open windows and doors. We had quite a bit of difficulty with using the TV set. The agent handling the unit was very helpful with that. The bed was good but it’s a double not a Queen. There are lots of interesting books of all sorts to read and also lots of DVD’s. Netflix is free if you can make it work which was easy enough. Free to air TV is the difficulty. Overall we enjoyed our week long stay, especially when it was sunny.
