Enjoy a natural paradise in total privacy with our Entire Property. Booking our entire property provides sleeping arrangements for up to 12 people in our 4 accommodations. You will have exclusive access to the The Burrow Glamping Dome, Family Nature Lodge, Redwood Glamping Tent and Jilliby Creek Glamping Tent plus private use of the bathroom, kitchenette and all of our amenities. No other guests, total privacy and tranquillity.
The Burrow Glamping Dome:
The Burrow is a totally unique and luxurious way to get out into nature in comfort and style. The Burrow features a King Bed with Koala mattress, air conditioning, espresso coffee machine, hanging chair, coffee table, bar fridge, outdoor dining and an amazing view of the property and its wildlife.
The Burrow is situated on an elevated deck overlooking the fire pit with firewood included. The large window at the front of the dome gives panoramic views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your bed. The dome is fully insulated and has curtains that provide excellent room darkening.
Family Nature Cabin:
Unwind Escapes’ Family Nature cabin is a unique space located on the grounds of the former Dooralong Cricket Club. This tastefully renovated clubhouse has been transformed into a beautiful studio accommodation with a comfortable Queen size bed, 2 bunks and sofa bed for up to 6 guests. The cabin features a Signify Turntable and vintage vinyl records which is fantastic entertainment as well as a Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. There is a kitchenette with kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and double sink, dining table, pet bed, mirror and coffee table. On the undercover balcony overlooking the spectacular view of the cricket grounds is a luxurious daybed and hammock chair.
Redwood & Jilliby Creek Glamping Tents:
Both our Glamping Tents have been designed with sustainability at its core, these spectacular, solar-powered Glamping Tents are set on a sustainable, up-cycled deck on a tranquil secluded property in the Dooralong Valley. The Eco-Tourism tents are completely off-grid to have a minimal environmental impact.
The exterior of the tents are a strong canvas for great weatherproofing and the outdoor deck area overlooks spectacular views of the property and wildlife. Relax under the shade umbrellas on the luxury day bed or in the hammock. As you enter the tents you are greeted by a welcome gift of Sustainably made Australian Wine and chocolates. The tents feature comfortable Queen Beds, 240V Solar Power with lights, device charging and cooling fans. There are also wood-fired stoves inside and fire pits outside. There is fast Wifi throughout the property including in the tents, perfect for remote workers.
The property has much to explore with Jilliby creek as the boundary and 2 wonderful forests with abundant native wildlife including wallabies, wombats and platypus. The property has many great amenities which your group have exclusive access to, these include:
- 2 bathrooms including 1 accessible bathroom.
- Rainfall shower and bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)

Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided complimentary. We also provide firewood for your first fire. If you need more than this please provide your own or you are welcome to collect any sticks or logs on the ground around the property.

House Rules:
Pets are allowed but must be respectful of wildlife, other guests and other pets. Please keep on a leash for the safety of your pet and other guests, the property has unfenced access to a creek and the neighbour's property has horses. Be aware of native wildlife and potential diseases and injuries including snakes and insects. Bring your pets at your own risk. The property owners and listing agents are not liable for any harm.
No vehicles of any kind are allowed on the grass. Please park in the designated parking area.
The property is suitable for children under supervision at all times, there is unfenced access to Jilliby creek, horses on the neighbouring property and other guests' pets. The Jilliby Creek Glamping Tents are not recommended for infants.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am daily.
No Parties or Events at any time. Be courteous of other guests. No fireworks, guns or explosives are to be discharged on the property.
Please clean up after yourself when using shared amenities for the enjoyment of other guests.
Public/Shared areas are under video surveillance. Fees & penalties apply for damages and/or theft of any items.
The middle section of the Historical Clubhouse is not accessible to guests. All doors are locked and the area is monitored by security cameras. There is some historical information on the windows/doors for guests to read, and you can see inside. However, this area is Strictly OFF Limits to guests. Any forced entry or damage will see Police notified.

Additional House Rules
TERMS and CONDITIONS:
Please read the following before making a booking. We have a beautiful property we would like to share with you and other guests, and we must make sure the property and our neighbours are happy.
With our properties, there are just a few extra rules we want you to be aware of, so we all have the best possible interaction with one another.
1. Pets must stay on leashes at all times to protect and encourage wildlife. We can NOT accommodate any type of event. No parties, no hens/bucks’ weekends, or functions.
2. Noise complaints. Please keep noise levels down as property in a residential area. Our neighbours live in their properties permanently and as such have the right to expect it to be quiet during the hours of 10pm-8am.
Any complaints from the neighbours may result in immediate termination of rental and loss of all remaining monies paid including bond.
3. To ensure the property is kept in the same condition for all guests, there is a strict no use of candles, incense, or fake tans within the inside or outside of the property. Any damages caused using these, and other items will be the responsibility of the guests.
Any breach of house rules in general, can result in eviction and no refund being issued.
Additional House rules are:
a. No extra people on premises. If booked for 4 people, only 4 people can stay even if the property accommodates more guests. Penalty fees will apply for excess guests.
I. $80 per person per night will be billed to the primary guest.
b. No unruly behaviour or excess noise.
c. It is a requirement that the property is returned in clean condition. Your rental includes a general clean and linen fee however if there is excess cleaning or laundering required, we do charge extra.
Extra cleaning and laundering include but is not limited to rearranging furniture, dirty dishes, rubbish left, stained linen/furniture/blankets/pillows, or food and drink stains.
i. Excess cleaning $70 - $150
ii. Rearranging furniture $120
iii. Dirty Dishes $50
iv. Rubbish left behind $80
v. Stains $250 to $400
4. Do not remove any items from the property that do not belong to you. Any damage, breakage, or theft is the tenant’s responsibility during their stay, and if anything is noted by our cleaners as missing or broken it will be charged against the primary guest.
5. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke do so outside away from any doors or windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the proper manner. If any butts are found on the lawn, in the garden beds, or disposed of around the property a fee will be charged for their disposal.
II. A fee of $250 applies if smoke is detected inside the house and a
$150 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
6. Please do not leave your property behind as they will not be sent to you. If they are of value, arrangements can be made at your cost. Items left behind can be posted at a $50 dollar handling charge plus shipping. To be paid before item is posted.
7. All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property during your stay and upon departure.
