Enjoy the foreshore cycle path / walkway that runs along Collingwood Beach - head north to Huskisson or south to the White Sands Walking track to Hyams Beach.
Vincentia Shopping Village is 1km away - with an array of specialty shops, cafe's and restaurants and Coles Supermarket.
The beaches
With these views - the house is located up the hill a 3 minute drive to Collingwood Beach, Collingwood Cove and Orion Beach with many other beaches close by to explore and enjoy.

Carport available - car height 2 metres maximum.
2 driveways with parking for 5 cars.
Garden shed at back of garage is available for storage of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards.
Garage is not available.

Huskisson Beach and Nelson Beach, Vincentia - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach, Vincentia - On leash at all times.

Please note that the property has a Cctv camera attached to the front of the house to provide security when vacant. There are no cameras inside the house. The camera views the front yard and driveway only.
